Gabriel Vadasz is a seasoned attorney, entrepreneur, and legal consultant with extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, litigation, and strategic consulting. He is the founding attorney of Gabriel Vadasz PC, a law firm established in September 2022 that specializes in providing pro bono legal services to vulnerable individuals and high-level counsel to corporations. Through this firm, Gabriel Vadasz offers impactful legal solutions built on a foundation of advocacy, negotiation, and strategic insight, while also overseeing firm operations, staff management, and client engagement.
Gabriel Vadasz is also a founding member of Vadasz Ventures, a consulting, finance, and venture capital firm launched in June 2022. Under his leadership, the firm has helped numerous businesses overcome significant financial challenges. In 2024 alone, Vadasz Ventures assisted distressed companies in settling over $80 million in debt, helping them avoid bankruptcy and reposition for growth. His work at Vadasz Ventures reflects his commitment to supporting sustainable business development through innovative financial strategies and tailored consulting services.
Prior to these ventures, Gabriel Vadasz served as a consultant with Maria Jones Law Firm from 2022 to 2024, where he contributed to staff training, financial reporting, and technology implementation. He also served as the founding attorney of Diamondback Legal from 2019 to 2022, where he oversaw a wide range of cases involving business development, commercial negotiations, SEC compliance, finance, immigration law, and litigation. His role also included firm management, marketing, payroll, and trust accounting. He successfully sold Diamondback Legal and transitioned to new ventures thereafter.
Gabriel Vadasz began his legal career with internships and clerkships at firms such as The Law Offices of Jeffrey D. Lynch, The Megwa Law Offices, and The Law Offices of Gonzales and Poirier, where he gained experience in probate, trust, family law, personal injury, and immigration. He also served as a legal intern at the Probate Lawyers Assistance Project and worked as an administrative specialist at the Flagstaff Justice Court, contributing to court operations and public service.
Gabriel Vadasz holds a Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School, where he was active in the Veterans Law Association, the Black Law Society, and the Mediation Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Northern Arizona University, where he volunteered with the Arizona Innocence Project.
In 2024, Gabriel Vadasz’s scholarly article titled International Effect: The Ongoing Tension with Medical Marijuana Legalization was published in the International Journal of Law and Policy, highlighting his commitment to addressing complex legal and policy issues with global implications.
Gabriel Vadasz is an active member of the District of Columbia Bar and a member of the Federalist Law Society.
